Thank you on behalf of the birthday girl, Mia, for her big day. Our family and friends had a blast (as usual). I remember bringing our first daughter to the pumpkin shed and leaving our good faith money in the jar for our pumpkins. She would walk round and round the rack wagons looking at each pumpkin. We have been loyal followers since. This was our first birthday party, and I am sure a tradition she will want to continue. I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. We felt like part of the family, and the customer service was excellent (especially for being opening day, I am sure quite stressful). I think my Mia summed it up by giving you a big hug at the end.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful fall day at the Rader Family Farms. My family and I couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more than we did this past weekend during your Ropp Road Roundup. Our 5 year old niece couldn't get enough of your little barnyard, straw tower, corn bin, and other fun activities. Of course we also had to get her face painted by the Zoo Lady, have her 1st annual picture taken in front of Mr. Crow and pick out a car-load of pumpkins and gourds to take home.

Your farm is incredibly inviting, warm, friendly, clean, and very easily accessible. Of all the farms my family and I have ever visited, yours is certainly the best. Thank you, and we can't wait to return again soon!

I just wanted to send a note to say that my family absolutely loved spending the day at Rader Family Farms. For the last 3 years we have made a tradition of picking pumpkins at Curtis Orchard in Champaign; I had no idea that a far superior pumpkin patch was practically in my own backyard! I was skeptical about trying a new pumpkin patch as I have always enjoyed the attractions and atmosphere that Curtis Orchard has to offer, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was actually MORE for my children (3 years and 21 months) to do at your farm. The scarecrows throughout the farm, the pumpkin silo and the beautiful displays of mums and gourds really made for a festive atmosphere.

The kids loved the soybean pile and corn bin and could have spent the entire day exploring the straw stack and my husband and I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin doughnut and hot pumpkin coffee as we watched the kids play (which helped keep us warm on a brisk Fall day!). The caterpillar train was of course a big hit as well. We spent the better part of the day there and still didn't get to do everything your farm has to offer! Thankfully, because your entertainment is so affordable, we'll be returning this fall to check out the corn maze, dress some scarecrows, and revisit the animals. I was just so thrilled with the experience that I had to write and tell you what a wonderful job you're doing and that I am so glad to be able to support a local business like yours!

I just wanted to let you know that I cannot wait for you guys to open back up so I take my twin daughters out to your farm to pick pumpkins! They love coming out there and climbing on the giant hay stack and looking at all the pumpkins and gourds you have. It’s something we all look forward to each year. They are 4 and a half and are at the perfect age to enjoy all the fun things you offer. Thanks again for opening your farm for all of us to enjoy! Have a great fall season this year!!!!
