GROUP DAYTIME & NIGHTTIME EVENT INFORMATION
Rader Family Farms is happy to offer a unique country experience for many types of groups including scout troops,
youth groups, family and friend gatherings etc. during our fall season hours of operation.
“Groups” are considered to be 10 or more people making one admission payment, preferably in advance and online, for
use during standard hours of operation.
Groups are welcome to enjoy the farm Mondays-Saturdays between 9am-6pm and Sundays between Noon-6pm,
September 17th- October 31st. There are 3 special dates that the farm is open at night to the public, and 1 night for
youth groups (see below). Otherwise, the farm is closed at 6pm, in preparation for the next day.
GROUP POLICIES
Group admission discounts are available to parties of 10 or more. Groups must be chaperoned by someone 20yrs and older. Please understand that groups will not receive any type of guided tour or private access to activities (such as hayrides) and are not provided with a reserved area. The group/party will not be supervised or entertained by Rader Family Farms staff, and will be amongst our regular public guests. There are several public picnic tables that can be utilized, or one location is offered for reservations in advance during the weekends in 2hr increments. (see below)
FOOD POLICY
Outside food/coolers (except water and child snacks) are not allowed on the farm. Meal boxes (hotdog, chips and drink)are available with advanced arrangements, as are gallons of cider and other concession type foods, from the Pumpkin Blossom Café.
GROUP ADMISSION DISCOUNTS
Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm: $3/person (save $1/each) for groups of 10 or more (3yrs and Up)
Saturdays from 9am-6pm and Sundays from Noon-6pm:
$5/person (save $1/each) for groups of 10-19 people (3yrs and Up)
$4/person (save $2/each) for groups of 20 or more (3yrs and Up)
The Fine Print...
- Discount only applied if purchased in one transaction
- Group host is responsible for distributing admission bands/informing guests
- Admission bands can be picked up at the will-call window at admissions booth or inside barn prior to the event by a group representative
- Admission bands are non-refundable
- Un-used (intact) admission bands can be used at another date during the same season
- Daytime Maze cost is additional $4/person
- Walk-Up groups are not guaranteed group discount offers unless arrangements are made in advance
- Group Discounts are not applicable for Youth Night, Birthday Parties, Fright Nights, Maze Entrance
Mom ‘n Me Mondays, or Senior Admissions Discount.
LOCATION RENTAL
There is one outdoor location and one campfire available for advance rental during Saturdays and Sundays hours of operation. (Area is used for field trips and birthday parties during the week)
Outdoor Area: Semi-circle, sail-shaded cemented area (just outside the schoolhouse) with picnic tables. The Outdoor area seating is for approximately 20-30 people
Campfire: Semi-Private, Lit with 6 roasting sticks (behind the schoolhouse/outdoor rental location, with seating). The campfire seating are will accommodate approximately 10-20 people.
Locations are rented in 2 hour increments
No Vehicles allowed near locations
No Alcohol permitted on the Farm
No Music permitted (it is provided overhead or live)

RENTAL PRICES
Outdoor Area
$100 for 2hrs; paid in advance. $50 is non-refundable if group cancels before event.
Campfire
$50 for 2hrs; paid in advance.
Full Rental amount must be received to consider your location reserved.
For cancellations on group location rentals (not admissions), a 48hr notice must be given and arranged to be eligible for a refund. Please have a back-up plan for unpredictable weather. We do not have a rain location available, and refunds are not guaranteed.
Special Night Hours
“Youth Group Night” is exclusively scheduled for Friday October 28th from 6-8pm. Special Offer is only valid this date.
Junior High and Senior High Youth Groups are welcome. Activities open include jumping pillow, round-up rodeo,
hayrides, corn & bean maze, animals, shared campfires, and the Pumpkin Blossom Café (concession foods) weather
permitting. Please know that the maze will be “haunted” and open to the youth from 6-8pm only. Last entrance into the maze is at 7:30pm.
The cost includes admission to the Fright Night Maze, Admission to all of the activities listed here and a Meal Bag. The Meal Bag includes a hot dog, chips and drink; and is not guaranteed to walk-up groups. S’more kits are available for $1 each.
The cost is $12 per youth. Admission Bands should be bought as a group, in advance, and can be picked up by a group representative at the will-call window of the admission booth or inside the barn, before the event. Group Discounts do not apply to Youth Night. Daytime guests/daytime admission bands will not be accepted as admission to Youth Nights. Youth Groups must be chaperoned by an adult 20yrs or older. Please see policy for outside food.
October 29th, 30th, and 31st the Farm will be open to the public in the evening for “Fright Nights.” The maze will be “haunted”, but other activities including the Café (concession foods), will be open from 7-10pm. The cost includes admission to the Fright Night Maze and Admission to activities. The cost is $ 12/person. Please see policy for outside food. Daytime guests/daytime admission bands will not be accepted as admission to Fright Nights. Fright Night admission bands can be purchased in advance. Groups are welcome, but discounts do not apply. Campfire will be going during these hours. S’more kits are available for $1 each.
