CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT PUMPKIN PATCH PARTY PLACE
Having your child’s birthday party at Rader Family Farms is a wonderful idea! There are so many unusual and fun activities to do that your party guests are bound to have an experience they will not forget.
What You Can Expect:
We look forward to your arrival and a staff member will meet you at the admissions booth when you get to the farm. We will show you the party’s location and allow you to set-up and/or decorate ½ hour prior to your party. There will be a special round birthday party picnic table that can be used. There will also be aluminum picnic tables available for your guests to sit on. Feel free to bring tablecloths and/or decorations for these. The area will be reserved just for your party.
The reserved location is for a 2-hour time slot. Double 4-hour time slots are available for an additional cost for $50. However, your guests are welcome to roam the farm grounds and enjoy the activities as long as they would like after the party.
Please have your guests meet an adult member of your party at the admissions booth so everyone can enter the party area together. Also, farm activities are dusty, occasionally muddy and the weather can be breezy and cool, so please ask your guests to dress appropriately.
We will not stay at your party to entertain or to supervise children so please make sure you have enough adult guests. However, we will be accessible if you have further needs.

Once a package is selected, the minimum amount is due to reserve your area. At that point, we will mail to you invitations and wristbands for the number of guests you have paid for, plus 2 free admission wristbands for supervising adults. If additional guests are added, you may add and pay for them the day of the party.
Cancellations: The payment may be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the scheduled party date.
How to schedule your party:
Once you have decided to celebrate your child’s birthday at Rader Family Farms, please fill out the
reservation request form, along with your payment. Once your request and payment has been submitted, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your party.
Hours for parties:
- September 17 – October 31
- Mondays-Fridays with start times at 4:00 pm
- Saturdays with start times at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm
- Sundays with start times at 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm
*All parties end by closing time at 6:00 pm
What We Expect
- Please enjoy your party avoiding a noise level that would disrupt other visiting patrons.
- Please be respectful of the 2-hour time slot you reserved.
- Be advised that multiple parties may be scheduled on the same day in the same location for different time slots.
- Follow the usual farm safety rules and be aware of your child’s guests at all times.
- Please clean up your party area leaving it the same way you found it.
- Notify a staff member if you have any questions or concerns so they may be addressed as quickly as possible.
